Sadi Khan
MSc, BSc(Hons)
"It is my understanding of people and their culture that allows me to be
understanding, adaptable and successful in today's society, not my skin colour,
position or situation."
Sadi Khan
When you meet Sadi for the first time you
will be struck by her intelligence and energy, both are boundless, yet this has
not always been the case.
Sadi has faced many tough times in her life and at one point after suffering domestic
violence, was left with no home or money, just the clothes she stood in. Despite
all her suffering, Sadi used these experiences to turn her life around. Her strong
personality, determination and positive mental attitude have helped her not only
create a successful training company, but win the support and backing of some global
business leaders.
Noble Khan was created after Sadi’s Kashmiri husband faced racial and religious
intolerance whilst working in one of the UK’s top Supermarkets. She decided to go
undercover to see for herself the issues he was facing. Her findings of misunderstandings,
fear of political correctness, and ignorance around different cultures and religions,
led her to develop the UK’s most comprehensive, interesting and fun cultural training
program available today.
Sadi is totally dedicated in delivering the very best cultural training to both
sides of the community, and has created courses that not only raise awareness, but
build confidence and lasting community cohesion.
Recently, Sadi won Women’s Aid “Survivor of the Year Award 2011” given to her by
Sarah Brown at Claridges London. Her cousin and 10-year-old son Humza-Ali Khan nominated
her for the Avon & Women’s Aid Empowering Women Award. Sadi is a single parent and
lives with her son in Nottingham. She regularly travels to Kashmir to deliver British
Culture Courses. Sadi is currently in the process of setting up a charity.
“
Sadi is a very intelligent, and, courageous young lady, where integrity, quality
and reputation are at the forefront of her values and work ethic. She is strong,
hardworking and determined. She works to a very high standard and is extremely resourceful.
She is a good investment!”

“
I invested in Sadi after seeing her online culture course. It was so impressive
and made excellent business sense, that I insisted that I became part of the company.”
