When you meet Sadi for the first time you will be struck by her intelligence and
her energy; both are boundless.
Refreshingly honest, she see’s things as they really are. It is this approach that
led her to go undercover in a UK top supermarket, after her Kashmiri husband faced
racial and religious intolerance in the workplace.
Her findings of misunderstandings, ignorance, and political correctness fears around
attitudes and behaviors led her to develop the UK’s most comprehensive, interesting
and fun cultural training programs available today.
Sadi created Noble Khan Ltd to bring the very best of cultural training to the world’s
leading companies ensuring that they comply with legislation as well as preventing
issues from arising in the first place.

Sadi has always struck me as being blessed with bags of enthusiasm and an infectious
joy of life. She has exceptional moral courage and a willingness to undertake those
difficult tasks that other people tend to ignore or shirk. She is absolutely dedicated
& enthusiastic; the consummate professional, always at the forefront of the action
and ready to take that vital decision – she really does lead from the front and
is very happy dealing with highly complex issues. Given her role as a cultural trainer
and diversity leader she is exceptionally experienced at dealing with EM issues
and, indeed, is regarded widely as an expert spokesperson on the subject. Also,
because she had a difficult task to perform when she first set up her company, she
demonstrated an ability to “think outside the box” by conducting undercover research
on EM/diversity issues in major retail companies.
It is thanks to her conscientious and dedicated work ethic that she has performed
as well as she has, particularly against tight timelines. She is wholly straightforward,
unbiased and fair to all. Logical and precise, she has on several occasions been
required to justify her decisions in business at strategic executive level and has
been found to be very capable and comfortable operating amongst the upper echelons
in business.
