Course Learning Outcomes
The aim of this program is to deliver to delegates a basic understanding of how to distinguish between Hindu, Muslim and Sikh people by utilising signs and symbols. A sound understanding & appreciation of Asian religions both in and out the work place will be developed. Delegates will be able to greet each faith group in the respective mother tongue.
Assessment Criteria
The course is assessed using a variety of fun based activities featuring, amongst others, randomly generated multiple-choice questions, drag and drop pictures & symbols as well as audio multiple choice and picture based scenarios, focusing on basic Asian Culture.
The pass mark, to successfully complete the course, is 70%.
Learning Hub
This on-line course has a learning hub, "The Explore Section". Delegates are advised in advance of taking the assessment to familiarise themselves with this section. It is possible to spend as little as 20 mins to up to 4 hrs a day, for as long as each individual delegate requires, before completing the assessment. Once the assessment has been completed, delegates are able to continue to use The Explore Section as a reference site and on going learning aid.
