Diversity & Equality Policy

Noble Khan is committed to a policy of equality of opportunity for its employees, customers and clients and attendees/learners and the wider community. Noble Khan will treat people with equal respect regardless of race or religion or faith or age or disability, sex, gender or sexual orientation. Noble Khan also recognises that Diversity is about recognising, valuing and acknowledging people's different backgrounds, knowledge, skills, attitudes, how they process information, and experiences. Noble Khan encourages using those differences to create an inclusive and productive and vibrant society and organisation.

Please Note on Disruptive Delegates

Due to the intensity of this course, we have a zero tolerance policy on disruptive delegates. We class disruptive behavior as being: disinterested in the course, interrupting the trainer, questioning every 5 minutes, arriving drunk or being argumentative. Any delegates that the trainer believes to be offending other delegates or being disruptive as described will be taken aside during the breaks to discuss their behavior. If the delegate continues to repeat the behavior, they will be removed from the course. This measure is due to the course being very sensitive and intense regarding cultural/religions and therefore requires all delegates to feel safe, relaxed and stress free for learning to take place.

Additional Support

Noble Khan will do their upmost to make all courses and learning aids as accessible as possible.

Additional Support for Company Bookings

For those who book as an organisation please note that it is your responsibility to inform Noble Khan of any additional support that your employee delegates may require as soon as the booking is made. However please note that it is the duty of the employer organisation to ensure that all additional types of support for example learning aids are provided for your employee delegates.

Failure to notify Noble Khan of any requirements in ample time prior to the course and ensuring that the additional support is available on the day will result in Noble Khan being unable to permit attendance on the day to the delegates due to the lack of support and ample time for trainer to adapt course.

Individual Bookings

For those who have booked as individuals who require any form of assistance or support please ensure that you contact the office prior to making the booking to discuss form of support that you may require. Please also state whatever your requirements are as clearly as possible on the booking form. Please note that we may need two to three months to organise some types of additional support and so as much notice as possible is required.

Regrettably Noble Khan may not be able to satisfy all requests and relevant factors will include resources available to Noble Khan on a case by case basis. However, every request will be considered very carefully and if at all possible will be made available.

If using the online booking form, please let us know about how we can make our course accessible for you. Failure to notify Noble Khan of any requirements in ample time prior to the course will result in Noble Khan being unable to permit attendance on the day.

ASSESSMENT CRITERIA

Online Courses Assessment Criteria

Delegates will be assessed using a multiple-choice, randomly generated, PC based examination focusing on the stated learning outcomes. The pass mark is 70% to enable you to complete the course successfully. Delegates booked on to a training day course must ensure they arrive promptly, and at least 10 minutes prior to registration. As detailed on the respective delegate fact sheet. Failure to do so may mean that the delegate is unable to complete induction, failure to do so may mean that the delegate is unable to complete the induction process. It is fundamental that the delegate attends the induction, as this sets out the requirements for the upcoming course, helps reinforce importance of the activities and explains the NLP and coaching aspects of the course to help ensure relaxed learning takes place. Paper 1 of the exam also takes place in the induction. The face to face courses are assessed using a variety of fun based activities using NLP and coaching techniques to ensure a positive change in behavior is achieved, by building new recognition routes on an unconscious level where required. In addition to this, a short answer question paper is also given as well as a short answer worksheet. The Assessment is split into three parts: 1. Written exam – the exam is split into two parts, papers 1 & 2. These focus on the specific learning outcomes for that course and the information provided on the day. Delegates are expected to acquire an overall mark of 70% or over on paper 2 only. 2. Interactive Activities - These fun based activities are assessed through a combination of the delegates responses in approaching new activities outside their own comfort zone. The tutor will take into account attitude, body language and linguistics used in attempting to complete the activities. It is at the discretion of the trainer to decide if activities have been attempted and completed. All activities must be attempted and completed, no one is judged on how well they complete the activities, more that they were attempted in good faith and with an eagerness to learn. 3. Worksheet - Each delegate is required to illustrate how they can put what they have learnt into practice into everyday situations, as well as in relation to their own workplace, social events and customer service roles. At least 3 different examples are required.
